With the pressure on costs, tools to improve case life cycles and reduce the frictional costs of
an adversarial system need to be embraced. ATE operates as a risk transfer mechanism that seeks
to mitigate some of the challenges that such a system presents to a Claimant.
Product development, which has been inextricably linked to the changes the legal market has seen,
has been quick to respond when change is needed, but is often isolated from true understanding
of the needs of law firms and their clients. One of our challenges as we move into 2024 is to become
more proactive in our approach to change by working collaboratively with our Partners to create
customer-centric solutions which provide the support that law firms need to operate in an ever-evolving
post-Jackson world.
Once again, we have been extremely fortunate to have contributions from industry experts.
My thanks to Henrietta Hughes with 3PB, Paul Balen at Trust Mediation, Nick McDonnell from
Kain Knight and Nathan Holt at DAS for your contributions.
Nick, Henrietta and Nathan will be taking part in our next webinar at midday on Wednesday
